The school was founded by Mrs. Dhanalakshmi G and was registered as an “ABHAYA PRADHA EDUCATIONAL SOCIETY FOR THE DEAF AND MENTALLY RETARDED” on 17th May 2012 with Registration No 852, under the Andhra Pradesh Societies Registration Act,2001(Act) No 35 of 2001) with Registered office address H.No.4-7-15/67/A, Raghavendranagar,Nachaam, Uppal Mandal, R.R. District-500076. Serving the educational needs of the hearing impaired and mentally challenged children from ages 0-16.

APPROVAL U/S .80G(5)(Vi) OF THE INCOME TAX ACT,1961
The application filed by the above society, which was earlier granted registration under the Section 12AA(1)(b)(i)of the Income Tax Act, 1961 vide order in F.No.DIT(E)/23(02)12A&80G/12-13 dated 21.08.2013, in Form No.10G on 27-09-2013 seeking approval u/s.80G(5) of the Income Tax Act,1961, has been examined and I am satisfied that:
(i) This is a fund/institution as mentioned in clause (iv) of sub-section 2 of Sec.80G of the I.T. Act, 1961;
(ii) The donations made to the said institution/fund/ do qualify for the deduction in computing
the income of a person who makes the donation i.e. in the hands of the donor.
